This website is the marketing channel for The Sharp Way Studio - a design, engineering and strategy studio. It does not constitute an e-commerce platform, online store, or direct contracting platform. The contact form implies a discovery request, not a binding contract.

Submitting the contact form constitutes a discovery request, not a service contract. No contractual relationship is established until the signing of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and corresponding Statement of Work (SOW).

10. Dual Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law for the Andrea Valentina De Abreu Arias part(Portugal) and by Colombian law for the Gabriel Gonzalez Montañez part (Colombia). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the respective jurisdiction.
