Overview
KravesIs a Colombian company specializing in elevated platform rentals — scissor lifts, boom lifts, and personal elevators for construction and industrial projects across Bogotá and Cundinamarca. We built their complete digital presence: a premium website, a full search visibility strategy (SEO, GEO, and AEO), and a custom internal system that connects clients, manages inventory, handles quotes and billing, tracks relationships, and identifies new prospects.

The Challenge

Kraves operated without a digital presence at a moment when their industry buyers were actively searching online. Beyond visibility, the business ran on scattered tools — WhatsApp, spreadsheets, manual follow-up — with no unified system to manage inventory availability, generate quotes, track client status, or identify new opportunities. Both problems needed solving simultaneously.

The Approach

We started with the website: clean, fast, built for search. Then layered a three-part visibility strategy: traditional SEO for Google rankings, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) so Kraves appears in ChatGPT and Gemini answers, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to capture direct-answer queries about platform rental in Bogotá. In parallel, we built the internal system from scratch — a single platform where the team manages the full client lifecycle from first contact to invoice.

Website · Visibility Engine

A premium website built from scratch for Kraves — fast, clean, and architected for three layers of search visibility simultaneously. SEO positions Kraves on Google for platform rental queries in Bogotá and Cundinamarca. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) ensures the company appears when users ask ChatGPT or Gemini about elevated platforms in Colombia. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) structures every page to be cited as a direct answer. The site is their primary sales tool and 24/7 commercial representative.

Internal System · Operations Platform

A custom-built internal platform that replaced every spreadsheet, WhatsApp thread, and manual process Kraves was running. Five integrated modules: client communication (centralized history, status tracking, automated follow-up), inventory management (real-time availability per machine, maintenance scheduling), quotes and billing (quote generation, approval flow, invoice issuance), client tracking (full relationship timeline, activity log), and prospect discovery (pipeline of new leads, outreach tracking). Three search layers, one coherent strategy

Most agencies optimize for Google or AI — not both. We built Kraves for all three: traditional SEO for ranked listings, GEO so the company surfaces in generative AI answers, and AEO to capture how users ask questions directly to search engines. Each layer reinforces the others.

Internal system built around the sales cycle

The platform follows the exact flow of a Kraves deal: prospect → contact → quote → equipment assignment → invoice → follow-up. Every module is connected, so the team never loses context or has to switch tools mid-deal.

Inventory and availability at the center

Platform rental lives or dies on knowing what's available when. The inventory module tracks each machine in real time — booked, available, under maintenance — so quotes are accurate and dispatches don't conflict.

Prospect discovery built into the system

Beyond managing existing clients, the internal system includes a prospecting module that helps the team identify and track new leads systematically — turning what was informal outreach into a repeatable, measurable process.
